THE PREMISE Based on the chilling true crime case of Dr. Harold Shipman—Britain’s most prolific serial killer—you play as Kathleen Grundy, an elderly woman trapped in her own home. The doors are locked from the outside. The phone line is dead. And your trusted family doctor is coming over for your daily "treatment."

You are already poisoned. You cannot escape. You cannot fight. Your only goal is to ensure he doesn't get away with it.

THE GAMEPLAY Lethal Dose is a claustrophobic, top-down psychological survival game built around a terrifying "Death Spiral" time loop.

Each day, you wake up with only 2 minutes of lucidity before the Doctor arrives. You must use this time to frantically search your home for evidence of his sinister motives—a forged will, hidden medical vials, and a typewriter.

But time is running out, and your body is failing. With every passing day, the sedatives take a heavier toll. Your vision blurs, your movement speed crawls to a halt, and navigating your own living room becomes a desperate struggle for survival.
